Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm.  Let nothing move you.  Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58

The 2015 India Medical Mission is proof of one thing; the Lord’s work is truly a miracle! Thousands came through our week-long Medical Camp, mostly from the poor slum neighborhood. By the grace of God, they received medical attention for fever, flu, digestive disorders, infections, high blood pressures & glucose levels way above normal.

Every station did preventive education to support and develop good healthy habits.

The healing that takes place in serving the poor and sick crosses all dimensions.  Almost all the people we saw were non-Christians, so we had many opportunities to pray one on one for their health & eternal needs. It’s not just a sick child or adult that benefits from the mission, it’s the healing power of Christ that is felt by all involved.

This Hindu man could not read fine print until he came to our reading glass station. He was so happy to be able to read the Bible we gave him at the prayer station and learn more about the Lord Jesus Christ the only way to salvation.

It would appear as if the India medical mission improves every year!!  The more we allow of Christ in our service, the better we serve.

The nearly completed KSOM facility provided an expansive setting for His work.  The clinic itself is more than four times larger than the previous space.

As we read in scripture, serving the Lord through the Great Commission is a commandment to all who follow Jesus.  It should be an aspiration of all Christians to devote time and resources whenever possible to serve those in need.

This is the entire India medical team, composed of medical professionals from the U.S. and Pastor Joseph’s Koinonia School of Ministry students, faculty and church members. The Lord brought us together in a combined effort to minister both medically & spiritually to the poor and underserved in the Pune neighborhood. What an awesome LORD we serve!

The prayers, personal support, and contributions made to the India mission are such a blessing. Thank you!
