Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.
1 Timothy 4:12

The Lord continues to bless the Koinonia College of Theology with a fresh anointing. As we write this, students are arriving from all around India for the 2018-19 academic year. There is a mixture of men and women, including some who are brothers and sisters.

Salman, a KCOT student who converted from Islam, has returned from Punjab after being cured of tuberculosis last year. He brought his sister back with him. Please pray for them, as they have both been treated unkindly by their family and have been through a lot.

Esther Blakeney spent many Sundays over the past few months visiting churches throughout the Pune area and spreading the word about the opportunities KCOT provides to earn a 4-year degree, as well as online courses and certificate programs we offer.

KCOT students learning electrical skills at 2017 College of Practical Trades

Missionaries Dana Colbert and Matt Thompson travelled to Pune in July to teach practical trades to the students at the Koinonia College of Theology. Every year or two we send a team to train these future pastors and church workers with skills they can use to be self-supporting while retaining the freedom to come and go at odd times and minister to the flock.

This year Dana taught light electrical and basic plumbing, while Matt taught masonry and carpentry.
