Pastor Ashang recently held a Youth Camp near the Burmese border in remote Manipur. The camp drew young people from eight different villages; many came great distances by foot over rugged mountains.
These mountain areas are predominantly Christian, but before the camp many of the youths were spiritually blind. Ashang reports that many accepted Jesus during the camp.
The educational system is very weak in areas of India like Changa village. Pastor Ashang would like to establish a school there to provide training with an emphasis on spiritual development. Please pray for these children of God, and for good health, grace and wisdom for Ashang and his family.
